Work Description: He inspected my three fans & the voltage/amps that are getting to them to see if it was a fan problem or a voltage problem. He also removed the three fans after root of problem was discovered.

Comments: He was right on in the assessment of the problem. He worked very quickly though efficiently & was careful to clean up the small mess that gets left behind due to the nature of the work.

Comments: A= did not have the part with him because it is an odd size. But he worked on the unit and got it working correctly. He is going to get the right part and make another call when I call him. A+ is the only company that called back.
