Work Description: Chad replaced all of our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and explained how to keep them working in the future.
Comments: Chad was very conscientious and when he ran into a snag (we couldn't find the third fuse box), we called the contractor who pointed us in the right direction. He didn't give up until we found it, went through the details with the contractor, and made sure everything was working well before he left. He even offered to recycle the old smoke alarms. What would have been helpful is to know ahead of time potential extra charges for extra wiring, etc. at the start of the job; however, the extra charges were reasonable and well-explained.
