I have contacted five electricians to get this one bid and he was the only one on time, with the bid sent immediately to me, and with his information on bonding, license, references provided also. Kudos Paul and hope I get the grant through the Board of a non profit, so I can hire him. He certainly increased the chances of getting the bid since he was so professional.
