Work Description: Electricity out in living room, all breakers "on". Miguel came out and checked the breakers with his meter. He then noticed a wire looked slightly frayed. He replaced it and everything worked.

Comments: Miguel, the worker was polite and listened. He then performed the troubleshooting and work very quickly. I'm happy because I was treated in an honest and fair manner by Beck's. I will call them for my next electrical problem and recommend them to friends.
