Work Description: breaker box switch

Comments: Iam very very thankful for Brown Electric service I lost power during a storm and my electric didn't come back on. I was beside myself and really worried. Brown electric called me within minutes and was out to my house within the hour. He was very professional and he didn't over charge me, He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and even cut my cost because i didn't have enough money to pay him. Very friendly, efficient and affordable. Thank you Brown Electric for your concern for me and my family

Work Description: Replace old eletrical panel with a new one in same location, put in 2 exaust fan and GFCI outlets in bath room, 2 out side lights and put in cable in one room.

Comments: The contractor asked for half up front before work could began on 27 FEB 2012 and that seem unprofessional to me. I had bought all fixtures, covers for the outlets and had cable for the cable to be installed. The contractor had finished the intall of the electrical panel and then asked for another half to finish the rest of the job. I told him no and will give the rest of payment when job was complete on 28 FEB 2012. This contractor I will not use again.

Customer was given a quote along with company payment policies, also given a signed invoice copy. After buying materials several times for jobs only to have potential customer not answer the door or answer the phone the day the work was to begin, I have endorsed this policy to avoid buying potential customers materials only to have them back out the day work was to begin, leaving me with a truck load of materials and wasting my time. We were on time for this customers job, both days, did exactly what was asked and agreed to, as I stress and is my motto, WE DO WHAT WE SAY! My quality is exceptional, My price is competitive, My punctuality was and is precise and I have many satisfied customers and can give references at any time.

Work Description: He has re-wired our entire house from the telephone pole to the last outlet.

Comments: I would be glad to give Charlie an unconditional reference. He did an amazing job and it was a very complicated one.
