He asked me what my problem was, I informed him and he said he coul d tell me over the phone which he did. and it as fixed without him coming out and charging me a big fat fee. Work Description: I just moved inot my first (63 yr old) house. The previse owner had done some of their own wiring including a HVAC system. I had a new system installed, which cut the power to the lights in the bathroom. I called 2 electricians for bids to resotore the bthrm lghts. The first gave me a bid for 3 hrs and that was all that was said. Chris told me of the MANY wiring issues he found in my attic from the old owner. I gave Chris the go ahead to fix all of the issue. What seemed like a 3 hour job for the bathroom lights turn into 3 days for rewiring: electric water heater, HVAC (yes, rewired the NEW HVAC), security lights front and back, the bathroom, and a feww of the switches, plugs and light thru-out the house.

Comments: Chris and his partner (his son) did a OUTSTANDING JOB rewiring what I would say was most of the house. I knew there where issues with this 63 yr old house, and the electrical was one of them. I rest much easier knowing that someone that not only knows what they where doing, but cares about what they where doing worked on my place! Outstanding!!! Thanks Chris!!!

Work Description: Had an outside patio (motion detector) light and electrical outlet installed. Had a bathroom light fixture replaced and the correct type of speed regulating switch installed for one of my ceiling fans.

Comments: Chuck - the owner - was prompt and had good suggestions for how to do our installations during the estimate. He was on time and very neat and clean about his work. You would never have known he was here. We will use him again.
