Work Description: Troubleshooting electrical outlets not working.
Comments: Cal Tech called within minutes of me submitting a request for quote. He tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone free of charge. When that failed, he made arrangements to come out the very next day and had the problem resolved within minutes. Since they customarily charge for the first hour, he took the extra time to fix a smoke detector, test proper operation in sync with other detectors, and then ran me through what he did on my original issue to help me reduce the need to pay for a return call if I ran into a similar problem later. Very professional. Very reasonably priced. Prompt service.
