Work Description: Diagnosed why the outside electrical outlet was not working, replaced it with a GFI outlet, checked other outside outlet, replaced one other, repaired low voltage accent lights in front and back yard.

Comments: Quick, friendly, very competent electricians/technicians. Came back the next day to trouble shoot why outlet was not working and quickly located the outside light switch that had to be on to make the switch work. Rewired the outlet so it could be independent of the light switch. I highly recommend Carter Electric and did so with my daughter and son-in-law that own the house if they ever need an electrician again.

Comments: The owner was thorough in his assessment, sensitive to my time constraints, and reasonable. His workers were trained to be courteous, neat, and professional. It showed in their work, specifically the gentlemen who wore glasses and made sure he cleaned his mess. He went above and beyond to produce a quality product. he was a professional.

Comments: When the young man came to service our problem, he worked on it and left with the problem solved. A couple of days ago, we had (and have) a similar situation. Now, I wonder if it's a "new" problem or was something that was done incorrectly. What's your "policy" in this case. I paid a hundred and some dollars for your services, but I really can not afford to pay these monies every couple of weeks or so. I understand that this could be a "new" problem but maybe should have been dectected and prevented on your first visit but I don't know. Can you help? Thanks
