Work Description: Mr. Clary represents his company very professionally. He obviously has the experience and maintains his training to install whole-house, standby generators. His prices were better than any other contractor we interviewed. He was very concerned about every detail of the installation, and followed through on every request we made. He answered every question both before and during the project. Technically, he was never stumped.
Comments: He was very patient with our requirements to have our lawyer approve the wording of every document before it was signed. His proposals were very thorough and well written. (Other contractors we interviewed were not willing to do this much detailed homework.) He assumed total responsibility for all aspects of the work. That is, he arranged for permits, scheduled inspections, interfaced with MGE (our gas supplier) arranging to have an upgrade to our meter at no cost to us, electrical wiring, gas plumbing, and protection of and cleanup of the work site. He took all the time we needed to explain how the system works under various conditions. During construction, there were the usual unexpected problems that seem to always popup on any home improvement project, but he always assumed responsibility for finding and implementing a solution, without trying to pass blame to anyone else. In the end, he left us with a system of backup power that we are confident will be there when we need it the most. We have already recommended him to our neighbors.

Work Description: We had two circuits put in for a refridgerator and a deep freezer. We also converted a gas dryer to an electric by having a dryer circuit put in.
Comments: The technician was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were so impressed that we scheduled him to come out to upgrade our electrical system in the fall in order to bring out 57 year old house up to code.
