Work Description: Storm/tree damage had pulled away the conduit and the meter away from my house. 30 seconds (really!) after I hit submit, I had Ken calling me from his cell phone at 7:30 am. He rearranged his workers' schedules when he understood I was totally without power to get me taken care of.

Comments: Although the price was more than I expected, the work that had to be done required this, so the pricing was fair. Very very pleased with response time, service, billing department, getting the permit and the city inspector scheduled - awesome experience!
