Comments: The electrician, Mr. Eric Heinbaugh, was very pleasant, professional and very informative. He was the first one to call the afternoon I e-mailed Networx. and he arrived within two hours . He immediately isolated the problem, repaired it and was done in less than an hour. He explained a lot about my home electrical system and made suggestions on way to improve it. I will use them again should the occasion arise.

Work Description: He came to troubleshoot and evaluate furnace that was not working. He found out that my limit switch was burned out and needed replacing.

Comments: He went beyond what was his expertise he determined that this was going to need someone that worked specifically in the area of heating and air conditioning unit instead of just electric problem. He call a colleague of his and they both communicated via telephone and found the problem was a burned out limit switch that needed to be replaced.

Work Description: 1. Home wiring with Ethernet Cat 6 cables (2 outlets). 2. Installation of one regular (15A), electrical outlet. 3. Installation of a surge protector at the main electrical switch board.
