Comments: I'm am a first time home buyer, so its was a hard task selecting a Electrician, I Farella Electric out of the 4 companies that did a proposal because he made me feel comfortable and that I would be in good hands with Master Electrician in the business since 1997, but it was more of a comfort zone that was establish during the proposal work through , He answer all question and provided his Electrician ID, I look up his company at the NYC Dept of License and his the information he gave me did match the information on the web side . Farella Electric provided a Work Permit (by my request), a Certificate of Workers Compensation Insurance with my name and address (not at my request), and a Certificate of Liability Insurance with my name and address (not at my request), all of these documentations was even impressive and made feel I had the right company to do the job right, the job got done on the date and time it was setup and the installer was great, well manner, and very careful by triple checking his measurements before drilling through the side of the house, at the end I felt choosing Farella was a good choice base on the documents provided and not the years in business or a gut feeling I had, and I won’t be asking for any more paper work for his next project on my house, thanks Edwin Martinez

Comments: I appreciated the fact that where ever they cut into the wall to install wires, they took care in cutting the wall & replacing those parts so the refinishing job is less of a hassle. I also liked that they cleaned up after they cut & didn't leave dirt in my kitchen. Since the job is not yet done, I reserve full comment as one outlet still escapes them. I would welcome the oportunity to comment on the total job once it is done. They were the only ones to respond immediately then another called me 5 days later after I had already given the job to Farella, no regrets, Mike is a great guy! I'm not sure if the price was fair because this is the first time I'm doing work like this.

Work Description: Installation of chandelier in dining room.

Comments: Mike Farrella was very prompt with giving a quote and scheduling the work. He provided his proof-of-insurance documents to the building's management company in a timely manner. On the day of installation, the crew arrived on time, discussed the positioning and height of the light fixture, and were very thorough and fast re-routing the wiring to centre over the dining table and hanging the complicated, high-end chandelier, The crew patched-up the drywall and cleaned-up after themselves. Overall the service was excellent. I plan to call Farrella again in a few months to install track and spot lighting in our medi room, and recomment them for any electrical work.

Work Description: We needed a new switch for fan and two lights. It was a hot night and we would not have been able to use fan unless someone would come right over Mike Farella came.
