Comments: The people were very nice, prompt and efficient. The job involved running new wiring under crawlspace. The wire under the house was routed very close to dryer vent, and was not adequately secured so as to avoid touching the vent. This struck me as being hazardous, and I ended up having to crawl under the house and staple the wire to the floor joist to ensure it did not touch this hot surface. In general, I was not impressed with how the wire was run under the house. In many places it is not flush to structure, but rather is strung "mid air" between structure of differing heights. For what I paid for this job especially, I would have expected more attention to quality, detail and safety.

Comments: The work hasn't been done yet, however, Highland did call me the evening I placed this order with Networx. The electrician came out to my house the next day to give me a bid, which seemed reasonable. I am going to have Highland perform the work once the parts arrive.

Work Description: Emergency repair to a loss of power due to my husband trying to do the work and ending up shorting out the lights in bathrooms and bedroom.

Work Description: We were getting current going though the pipes/faucet in our kitchen. The electrician had to come out and identify the source of the errant current which had a lot of potential sources. This was a tricky job because we had just replaced the light fixtures and outlets in this room.

Comments: Fantastic customer service & extremely fast response time! I won’t hesitate to call Highland again should the need arise. Within minutes of my submittal online, I had a call from Gerald with Highland. He was willing to work with my schedule and got out to my house the next day. He was very professional and effective - he found the strange source of our odd "electrified faucet" and immediately fixed it so that it was safe for me to use. It turned out that the wiring to our ancient garbage disposal had come loose and after he addressed the current overflowing to our pipes under the sink, he offered to take it out and get the wires back inside and protected properly. When I told him my husband had been thinking of replacing the unit anyway and would do it the next day, he even offered to provide a walk-through by phone if my husband needed any assistance with the wiring of the new unit! 5 stars for sure.

Work Description: We had a power outage and our box was destroyed, put a new huge box.

Comments: They did everything we asked, very professional. I would recommend them highly, I think you will be very satisfied, the inspector that came through after said everything was fine.
