Work Description: Had to find a break in the electricity on a mobile home's panel. Had to climb underneath the house to locate the break.
Comments: Arrived on time, listened to my explanation of the problem, did some problem solving, fixed the problem - all in about 2 and 1/2 hours. Very reasonable rate, especially considering he had to spend about half the time underneath the crawl space.

Work Description: Removed an existing chandelier from a 2nd story ceiling and installed the new fixture.
Comments: Juan was able to come the day after we called to schedule. We love our new light fixture and never could have hung it at that height ourselves. Very reasonably prices - far lower than any other bid we received and we are so pleased. We now know who to call for our electrical needs.
