Work Description: Troubleshoot partial power outage at my single family home. The problem was easy for them to identify as the two main lines were very loose. They took the panel frame off, identified the problem, and tightened the lines with an allen wrench. Pretty easy project but nevertheless, done very well. See my comments.
Comments: The workers were friendly, skilled, didn't smell like ashtrays or cigarrette smoke which is annoying when service workers do, and they were respectful and punctual. They came prepared with their tools and flashlights. The company charges a minimum flat rate of one hour which I can understand that comcept but what I was charged still seems high to me for the time and what was done. I highly recommend them though as they were available and responsive where other firms didn't respond or stated their availability as 12+ days out. They provided service 2 business days or 4 calendar days later. I'd call upon them again.
