Work Description: We had water damage in the basement. Water leaked in through the lights in the basement. Lights in the unfinished side were blinking as if they were going to blow out. I also, had a problem with my lamp post light outside. The problem was inside the wall switch.
Comments: I had water damage in my finished and unfinished basement. I had to call in American Dry Basement Inc. to deal with putting in new pipes and pump. I then had to call in an electrician. I came to this website and requested help. Jeff was the first response I had to my e-mail. He came on a Holiday to review my concerns. He walked through the basement with me and as we went along fixed what needed fixing. I then showed him a concern I had with my lamp post outside. It wasn't working and it was brand new. Jeff looked it over found out what was wrong, and fixed it immediately. I was very excited. Worrying about my husband and being alone with minors is scary enough. Everything else is just an added worry.
