Comments: Had to make 2 trips to get proper kitchen light; generally out to get parts an unusually long time considering Lowe's only 1.5 miles away; charged full rate for 2 people on road getting parts. I'd say half the 4 hour labor total was time on the road.

Home owner was not satisfied with the kitchen and bathroom light purchased at home depot which is about 10 miles away. Went to Lowes and tried to match lighting as close as possible. Had to return kitchen light again, not suitable, and purchased another. Lesson learned and is usually my policy not to purchase fixtures for customers unless they have a manufacturer and model #.
