Work Description: Thought Squirrels had chewed some wires, but turned out just an old fan

Comments: Had to cancel the first scheduled appointment because he couldn't come until several hours later, which was unacceptable. Showed up on time for the second appointment. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely use again.......

Work Description: He first came to repair a broken wire that gave power to the laundry room and one of the kitchen outlets. My husband asked me to have him check the electric meter on the back of garage. Good thing we did as it had pulled away from the garage and the sleeve covering the wiring was exposed.

Comments: Neither were easy jobs but he did a great job and was very professional.

Work Description: Replaced the ballests in two flourecent fixtures.

Comments: The technician was scheduled to arrive at 8:00 AM but did not show until 11:20 but the owner called to let me know he would be late.

Comments: good company. responsive, affordable, still in work phase at present

Comments: KenMor was TERRIFIC; so much so that I wrote a letter to the company praising its technician and phone representative.

Work Description: complete inspection for for our adoption process with tx dept of family & protective services (cps)

Comments: The services was greatly appreciated and I referred the other 30 families in our foster/adoption class the this company.
