Work Description: Added service and all the related electrical work on a 2,000 ft office addition in Fairport.

Comments: Kenny and his crew did an outstanding job and even recommended some lighting ideas that I didn't think of which enhanced our electrical system. He knows what he is talking about and he does things right the first time. I recommend him to my friends and clients all the time.

Work Description: Smoke detector kept going off, even after replacing batteries. Kinney Electric replaced several heads and the main fire alarm/CO detector. We unplugged them for the rest of the day until we could call an electrician.

Comments: Ken Kinney called seconds after I did a search for electricians. He said what it may be (not an emergency), and they came the next day. He only charged us for an hour's labor after being there more than an hour and a half. They also determined a problem with our outdoor lights, which I mentioned when they were here and did not charge for that. Kinney Electric will be the first electrical service we contact in the future.

Work Description: He checked the main panel and sub-panels to certify that they were up to code. This allowed me to go on with the sale of my home.

Comments: I received a phone call within minutes of submitting my question. We scheduled his service and all was done within days. He is a true professional.

Work Description: We renovated our office and he did the electrical work. Then when we did an addition and we called him back.

Comments: Been satisfied and no complaints.
