Comments: He was informative, worked quietly and fast and cleaned up the work area after he finished. I would refer him to other people.

Work Description: Intial problem was power out in bedroom. Determined power outage due to bad electric outlet. Older home so had all outlets replaced and need to have a cold water ground installed.

Comments: Quality of work was very good, electricians very professional. Only negative is regarding them being on time and following up to let customer know when something changes. I had to keep calling to find out information.

Work Description: They installed a new ktichen sink/faucet and garbage disposal and they did the wiring for the disposal.

Comments: They were very friendly and professional. Their work is pretty good so far. I do like that they guarantee their labor on installs for life and that they are close by. The biggest plus is that they could do plumbing as well as electrical work. The only negative is that their communication could be better. I waited a whole day for the wiring to be done on the disposal and didn't get a phone call til late in the evening asking to reschedule. It would have been nice if they had contacted me sooner in the day. But they did come out the very next day, which was a Sunday, and got the job done. Overall, I was pleased with the service and will be using them again in the future.

Work Description: Reinforce 4 bathroom sconce fixtures mounted on mirrors. He repaired the wiring to code and fix faulty installation of original electrical boxes which were located behind a mirror. Not an easy job.

Work Description: Changed out a light fixture at the front entrance to our subdivision.

Comments: The name of the business is Lightening Bug Electric. Business was conducted via telephone and email. Tony Blanco called within minutes of the work request being submitted. He sent a photo of the new light fixture via email with a description and price for the work. The new light was installed the within two days. Contact was made with the installer. New light is more cost efficient and aesthetically more pleasing.

Work Description: Motion light installed and replaced back light outside with a new unit.

Comments: Santos was very professional and understood my needs completely. He showed empathy and related to my circumstances. This connection coupled with his professionalism made the difference. I was made to feel like a valued customer. The work was completed less than 24 hours after we spoke and he did an excellent job!

Work Description: rewiring to accommodate dedicated line for microwave oven; trouble-shooting wire from water heater to fuse box; and determining the reason for stove burners not working after a line short.

Comments: Did fine work, good attitude, and helped fix the stove problem, but felt we were overcharged on the water heater wiring problem, since it was not the wiring but the water heater itself that was the problem. We would still recommend him for his good work.

Work Description: Re-routed some wires and put in junction boxes. Also terminated a useless "DIY failure" electrical box.

Work Description: We had 2 tasks for the electricians - 1 to rewire our microwave to a separate circuit, and 2 to install an additional outlet above our fireplace for our new flat screen television.

Comments: No complaints about the wiring of the microwave, though they did not show us which breaker they wired up on the circuit board, but I wasn't happy with the outlet above the fireplace. The outlet is crooked, and they left good-sized holes in our family room wall. It works fine and they were done quickly, but I think they could have been less sloppy - and I didn't realize I would have to go to Home Depot and get drywall patching to fix the wall myself.

Work Description: Partial electrical outage in house. Was able to diagnose that it was nothng inside, but rather the transformer. We called GA Power and they took it from there. Replaced one outlet in need of repair.

Comments: Excellent response time. Very professional and courteous. Total bill was $85.00, which seemed a bit high compared to the other electricians in the area, one of which charges $29 service call charge and waives it if he does the work.
