Comments: After describing the problem to Gene over the phone, he said he was almost sure what the problem was. It was a common occurrence when changing outlets/receptacles. He said he wanted to save us some money and instructed us on how to easily fix the problem. Sure enough, problem solved within 5 minutes. We appreciate his willingness to help us fix the problem ourselves and save us money. If and when we, or anyone we know, need an electrician, we will call, and refer to, Main Stream Electric.

Work Description: Inspection of all electrical outlets for crimp and tape. Replace all crimp and tape outlets. Light fixtures and switches were also inspected/repaired.
Comments: Shane, Rick, and Rob were great. They got the work done and the cost came out less than the quote. Rick gave 110% when he had to get something done including staying late to finish the job. These guys were nice too! -James

Comments: The technician was prompt (during a big storm day) and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He determined that the problem was on PG&E's end, gave me the number to call and what to tell them. He gave some suggestions for things we can do in the future to improve our aging panel. All for FREE! (since he didn't do any repairs - the original visit and estimate is no charge).
