Comments: After describing the problem to Gene over the phone, he said he was almost sure what the problem was. It was a common occurrence when changing outlets/receptacles. He said he wanted to save us some money and instructed us on how to easily fix the problem. Sure enough, problem solved within 5 minutes. We appreciate his willingness to help us fix the problem ourselves and save us money. If and when we, or anyone we know, need an electrician, we will call, and refer to, Main Stream Electric.

Comments: The technician was prompt (during a big storm day) and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He determined that the problem was on PG&E's end, gave me the number to call and what to tell them. He gave some suggestions for things we can do in the future to improve our aging panel. All for FREE! (since he didn't do any repairs - the original visit and estimate is no charge).
