Work Description: Repaired a few non working outlets, installed a surge device on my electric panel and added a new line for dryer.

Comments: Service tech was very professional and knew what he was doing. He wore booties over his shoes to guard against getting dirt on our carpets. I would not hesitate to use them again and will reccomend them.

Comments: I called Mr.Sparky at 600a.m. on1-7-09 & a person by the name of Michele answered at that time of the morning. I was shocked but glad. She was so pleasant at 600 in the morning. I explained my problem & she told me that she would have someone here by 730-800 a.m. She called me back & told me that Tim would be here shortly & shortly it was. Mr. Browne was so professional and so pleasant & very knowledgeable. He introduced himself & gave me a brief history of his background(can you believe that).I told him my problem & he checked the panel box & right off the bat, he advised me that the box was old & out of existence. He checked the outlets & switches & within 5-10 minutes he found the problem. With the help of the good Lord, Mr. Brown literally saved my life because the problem was from a burnt out wire in the closet light that could have started a fire in the attic. Tim explained everything to me about a new panel box & what it entales. I am so pleased with everything and have already told a few people about the service I received. I have so much more to say, but I'll add it on when Tim return to put in my new panel box. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
