Work Description: I got an immediate response from Mr. Electric, and I got an estimate before he left the premises, which I thought was excellent. He also checked back to see if I had made a decision, and I had not made one at the time of his call. No one has done any work at this time, so I cannot comment further.

Comments: Excellent response. Very pleasant to work with. Great warranty program. A bit higher than others.

Comments: Mr. Electric was the first to call and actually the only so far. They were able to get out and do the job immediately so even though I thought the quote was slightly higher than I wanted to pay the convenience and the professionalism of the electrician won me over.
