Work Description: Changed the thermostat for electric heat.
Comments: I received the initial call right away. Within minutes of submitting the request. When there, he tested the voltage and discovered it was too high, which had caused the problem. He not only replaced the thermostat but also shut down one baseboard because it wasn't needed. I would call this guy again for work.
