Work Description: I asked the electrician to help me get a low voltage lighting system to work....he concluded that the transformer was bad....I returned the transformer to the lighting store where I had purchased it and the said that they would replace it with a new one but before they did they wanted to check the transformer first....they found the transformer to in good working condition....I noticed when the lighting store was checking the transformer that he placed the transformer at the end of the track as opposed to where I had the transformer at home in the middle of the track with the lights on either side....hence, the reason that the lights would not light up at home.....the electrician was apparantly not familiar with low voltage lighting systems to know that the transformer needed to be at the end of the track in order to have the correct flow of electricity...I have not received a bill as of yet so I can't comment on how much it cost me to have the electrician not resolve my problem....the electrician was friendly but not knowledgeable of the lighting system....I would use them again if needed because they were prompt and friendly and did know how to resolve the issue of wiring the wall switch to the power box on the ceiling....Jim Flemming

He said that he thought that he could help me by talking me through the procedure to fix the problem over the phone and in the process save me time and money ,which he did . Comments: Requested to do several different things which were done efficently and well. Provided Permit before work started and had work checked after complete by inspector. Extra steps were taken to be sure all was well. Took care of unplanned problem and returned to do another job that came up. Pleasant to do business with. Would ask them to return
