Work Description: The electrical wall socket in the kitchen wasn't working.I used my meter and it showed no power, and I wanted the toaster socket repaired, because, it was loose. I had Mr. Karcher look at the air handler, because I was told by the Sears repairman, the aluminum wiring needed to be replaced.
Comments: Victor Karcher is very thorough in his work, explanations and getting the job done. I'm a retired Air Force veteran and my career field was Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. It was refreshing, having a craftsman openly talk about what he is actually doing and speak in a language I understood,andI got to participate in voltmeter readings. I received a refresher course in electrical troubleshooting, the main junction box was numbered in permanent ink, the faulty sockets and screws were replaced, loose wires that were capped off or removed, and he pointed out the repairs I need to make to the air handler coil, filter, the hole in the ceiling and simple repairs that we can do to save money. He even had time for my inquisitive nephew, and his questioins. I would recommend him to my friends.
