Comments: We were referred to Ral-Bar by several different independent sources. They were all spot on. Ralph returned my inital call within a couple of hours on a Thursday afternoon. I was on a tight schedule and needed them to come the following Monday. I had several small items that needed attention in our co-op. I explained exactly what I needed to Ralph and he was confident that he could get it done. Ralph and Justin arrived at 8:30 Monday morning, just as promised. I walked them through and showed them exactly what I wanted. They were both extra careful of the age of our bulding and got everything done within hours. They cleaned up completely behind themselves and worked very effeciently. They hourly T&M rate was more than fair considering the value we received for their services. Comments: I am very impress with their work. From beginning to end. Ralph is punctual. Arrived on-time to provide estimates. He and his team arrived on time on the day of the work. They only make one needed hole. They were able to snake through from the circuit box to the back of the house without breaking or making any holes on the walls/ceilings. The work was done neatly.
