Comments: Mr. Searfoss was actually too far away to do the job, but as soon as he read my description of the problem, he called me up to make sure I switched off the circuit until a contractor near me could fix it. That showed a high level of professional and personal concern. If he were in my area, I would want him as my electrical contractor!
