Comments: Out of three calls placed for service, Terry was the first to call. Terry first offered phone assistance and subsequently provided onsite repair services. Terry arrived promptly at the requested time, assessed the wiring issue, and resolved the problem.

Work Description: Requested a quote to have 220 put in a laundry room that was already established for a gas dryer.

Comments: Terry contacted us almost immediately after our RFQ. We explained to Terry that we were moving a used electric dryer and he suggested that we might be better off purchasing a gas dryer. We checked into purchasing a gas dryer and agreed with Terry. Although Terry did not get this job, we are greatly appreciative of his assistance and sincere honesty. Comments: I needed information on a house I am purchasing and wasn't sure if I needed an electrician now or later to do an inspection of the property. I got a quick call back from Terry and he gave me a lot of good information. I am going to call him after the house inspection when we have something to look at that could be an issue.

Work Description: Checked a Zinsco breaker box. Chnaged breaker and inspected and adjusted as needed. Checked 2 - 220 plugs for wiring and amperage.

He helped me assess and resolve the problem over the phone safely and quickly. he understood the urgency of my problem (I knocked out power to a room which was an oxygen resource for my mother). he helped without making me feel like i was a bother, or being stupid.

Work Description: Master Bathroom 1970's swag light was eating light bulbs due to damaged electrical socket. Mr. Sewell made short work of this. Analyzed problem, fixed it and moved to #2 #2 Grecian column floor lamp inoperative. Mr Sewell diagnosed/fixed problem very quickly.
