His estimate was much lower than the competitors so I gave him the job. Although he originally thought the job would only take him a few hours, my house proved to be more of a pain than he had anticipated. Nevertheless, after devoting a full 8-hour day to the job, when the time came to settle the bill he did not ask for more than what he had estimated (like many less professional servicemen would have done.) He did a great job, had a wonderful attitude and I truly respected that despite underbidding the job, he stuck to his price. I will use Todd again in the future and give him my highest recommendation.
