Work Description: Mysterious problem with a dead circuit but no thrown breakers. Looked like a GFI had thrown, but there were no GFI on this circuit. Since the home alarm system was on this circuit, I was particularly concerned.

Comments: Very good service. Exactly on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem - a bad connection on a ceiling fan control switch that I had installed myself a year ago. Very friendly but professional. No attempts to sell me anything extra; just straight honest "fix the problem" service exactly as it should be. Cost was minimum service charge. I was very pleased and would recommend them highly.

Work Description: There was a loose connection between the breaker box and the house--four rooms were without lights. He had to trace the power from the box to the house, following it in the attic as well as checking the switch areas.

Comments: He kept tracing the wiring to get at the problem until we found the loose connection. Then it was easy to fix. Crawling around in our attic was not an easy thing to do. He was very helpful and was instructive as we went.
