Work Description: Taking down and moving an electrically lighted sign to a new store front location. Note that the sign had 24 individual channel letters plus a larger piece underneath. The letters were NOT on a raceway.

He was able to assist me the day I called within hours of my initial phone call. Overall I am extremely pleased in regards to the outcome of the services provided and the professionalism that was demonstrated throughout the whole process.

Work Description: We had 3 ceiling fans installed where there had been no electrical work, and had them connected to existing switches in the rooms. We also had them change out 2 foyer chandeliers that were 2 stories high.

Comments: We were very pleased with the work and the detail to which they went. We are happy this was also accomplished in short order, given that we wanted to begin using the fans before the heat came. We would highly recommend them and if we have any additional electric work in the future I will plan on using them.

Comments: Steve called five minutes minutes after I submitted the form for quotes. He tried to talk me through the repair and when it was clear that the repair required an electrician, he sent Brian. Brian was friendly, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up after the job was complete. I will call them in the future for any electrical repairs I need.

Work Description: After I posted my request for bids, he called within five minutes. I described the problem, he asked a couple of questions and then suggested that we could save money if someone was somewhat handy because he thought it sounded like a fairly simple problem. He offered to walk us through it over the phone or come out, if we were uncomfortable doing it ourselves. We chose to try and it worked. We saved quite a bit of money by taking his advice and he didn't charge us anything for giving it!

Comments: If we have a problem in the future, we will definitely call him. I feel he proved his honesty as well as his expertise during this transaction.

In fact, they were early & took the time to clean up afterwards--considering this was a Monday night at 6:00 until 8:30 p.m.! They took the time to explain everything to me and my roommate, and I felt they were completely honest and trustworthy. As a single woman, I find that very refreshing when dealing with "man's work"--I was not intimidated or talked down to at all. The were great!
