When he gives you a price that is what you will pay regardless of extra work not planned on He tells you the time and day he is coming and its always been accurate in the three times he has come. He is a master electriian checked out his credentials with Tallahassee and never had a complaint filed against him. He goes to school as need to keep up his license.
