Work Description: Emergency service
Comments: Received a response call within 90 minutes of posting my electrical problem. I described the problem over the phone and he knew exactly what the problem was (one leg of the 200A service was out, so I was only getting 100A)--which was the responsiblity of the power company. The guy from United Electric actually did not come to the house due to a recent medical procedure, but he referred his friend from Gemini Electric Inc. (Fairlawn, NJ) who came out and confirmed the problem. He immediately called the power company and told them (in a firm voice) to come out and fix it ASAP. The power company arrived about 90 min later and the problem was fixed by the end of the day. I received a follow up call from United Electric to see if everything was alright. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend both United Electric and Gemini Electric.
