The labor is $95 for a 5 minute job! WOW! I am thankful it was resolved quickly...just a little disappointed of the expense.

Work Description: The bathroom outlet was not working. Vladimir quickly figured out that the circuit was broken and efficiently replaced it.

Comments: I thought it was a bit pricey, but I don't have any baseline understanding of the work and because he was so punctual and efficient (and came on a Saturday of Memorial Day weekend) it was worth it.

Work Description: Problem with two outdoor lights in porch and driveway that would not turn off. Also, a problem with lighting under kitchen cabinets that stopped working 5 years ago.

Comments: We received outstanding service from Vlad of VNV at our Kensington home. He fixed the first problem of lights in the porch and driveway, even went to the Ace hardware store to get a missing part, and all was done in less than half hour. I was so impressed that I asked to take a look at the lighting in our kitchen that no former electrician we called had been able to fix. Vlad immediately told us what the problem was, changed the transformer, and fixed the problem! We are so glad we found the best electrician so far. We highly recommend Vlad of VNV. Work Description: Troubleshooting why the electricity in just my living room wasn't working and installing a chandelier in the kitchen.

Comments: He figured out why the living room electricity wasn't working pretty quickly and fixed the problem accordingly. He was also very fair about charging me for an hour and a half vs. a flat 2 hours. It's hard for me to gauge how fair the price was overall, b/c I have no idea how much things should cost. It would be extremely helpful on this site to have what is considered a fair price range for electricians. I really liked that VNV came immediately when I described the problem I was having. He was here within 30 minutes.
