Work Description: Installed Smoke alarm and checked all others.

Comments: Bill, the electrician was on time and went about his work like a professional should. He was full of information and spoke in layman terms so it was very easy to understand him and the quality of work was excellent. It was a small job but you would have thought he was wiring the whole house. Our "thanks" to Bill for a job "well done". The price that I was charged was right in line with other electrical companies I had checked with, even cheaper than some. We will continue to use ACE Electrical when needed.

Work Description: Replaced two ballasts.

Comments: The only problem was trying to find a fax machine. Had to fax a credit card authorization form for the dispatch fee and then for the work order. It would've been much nicer to just give them a direct deposit, wire transfer or even card number over the phone. I liked how fast everything got done but will look for a company that doesn't require faxing next time.

Comments: had purchased my home a year ago. My home is about 20 years old. The previous owner thought he was a "jack of all trades" including electrical. I have funky electrical to say the least. Not anything dangerous just weird connections. The electrician found all the little "short cuts" the previous owner did & corrected them. He also fixed the outlet that was the reason for his service call. I was very happy to have his workmanship. I also was thrilled when he GUARANTEED his work for 3 years.
