Work Description: A blown connector in main fuse box.
Comments: We had a connection issue in our fuse box in our cellar which cause half of our lights plus the furnace to kick out. We had several electricians in to look at it, only Mike was able to fix it. He arrived on a very cold winter morning at 6 a.m. and spotted the trouble within minutes of his arrival. He fixed it and we haven't had a problem since! He is professional, courteous and worth every penny.

Work Description: Evaluate potential problems in main panel and sub-panels.
Comments: Mike called moments too late to be hired by me. Another electrician had called just before him. However, Mike still requested a list of the potential panel problems. He called later that day and spent a half hour explaining the steps I should take to rectify the problems. His help allowed me to complete the work myself. He received no pay for this. He is a true professional and a gentlemen.

Comments: Mike went right to the problem and replaced the poorly designed receptable (wire insertion type). The cost was $114 compared to Lon Lockwood's previous call. Lockwood had provided the same service for another receptable for $290.
