Work Description: we had a whole line of outlets that did not work. He found the lead outlet and discovered a disconnected wire. Along the circuit he also found three other outlets that had loose wiring. He tightened them all.

Comments: I was very pleased with the service. He told me everything that he was doing and showed me where things were wrong. He even checked random outlets to make sure the problem was (hopefully) centralized in the kitchen. I will use him again.
