Comments: My only probalem was my initial appointment was at 2 o'clock and no one came to my house until 4. I did call them at 2:45 and they asked if 4 was oka and I said yes. I would have been more okay with this had they called me instead of me having to call them.

Comments: Called me immediately after submitting request for quote. He was a little difficult to understand due to language differences, but he showed up when he said, and his quote was 20-40% less than anyone else. Work was performed the next day, no extra charge, quickly, quietly and efficiently. We were very impressed.

Comments: Not only did Smartway give the lowest quote for the job they gave it in writing. The other contractors only gave verbal estimates phrased as "about x" never a firm price. I was very pleased with their work and will be using them again for future projects.

Comments: Prompt, courteous, and efficient. This is really what you would want for a job like this. No need for the big company uniforms and fancy trucks that get buried into the fee. I would use them again without hesitation.

Work Description: Ran two 110 volt lines from the breaker box through my attic and brought them down the rear of my house. Trenched them in conduit to two seperate raised GFI weather resistant boxes for my pool pump and a replacment above ground spa.

Comments: Work was done satisfactorily but cleanup of wire pieces, etc should have been done better. While Angel (owner) speaks very good english, many of staff have difficulty communicating what they are doing when asked. Suggest you make double sure what is going to be done and how they are going to do it beforehand. Otherwise, I would certainly use them again. They are the only company that responded that would put their estimate in writing. Others were only verbal which is NOT very professional.

Work Description: Commercial job: Running new electrical from the main panel to BDC connection of existing outlets on wall panels from work stations.

Comments: I was very happy that they were able to utilize the existing electrical outlets on the work station paneling. No one else was willing to attempt to connect those or try to find the correct hardware for these units. That is the reason that I chose to hire smartway electric

Comments: The electricians were extremely polite, professional, on time, and took extra care to cover and protect my belongings from flying dust and particles. They communicated with me throughout the process and the price was very reasonable. Will use SMARTWAY ELECTRIC again and again!

Work Description: Ran an additional 110 line to a window a/c at rear of home. Trenched it along foundation inside conduit and replaced a breaker in the breaker box. Installed a new wall outlet in the rear office/bedroom of the home.

Comments: Smartway was the only contractor that provided a written estimate of the job description and the cost. The other contractor verbally said he would meet their price but did not put it writing. Smartway was the low bidder and did an excellent job of installation as well as clean up of the job site. I would use them again if needed.

Comments: Smartway was first on the scene and provided a reasonable estimate on the spot. They did not try to run up the price of repair or complicate the situation by recommending work that wasn't needed or extending the time needed to complete the project. They showed up on time, got right down to work, and completed the job in 1 day. All in all, a very satisfying experience and I would use them again. Good job, Angel!
